NextGen Young Professionals Network
In 2020 I began serving on the MIBOR NextGen Leadership committee as a staff liaison from MIBOR Realtor Association. The committee is made up of volunteer MIBOR members serving 2-year terms with the goal of helping new real estate professionals excel in their careers by creating opportunities for leadership growth, networking, and community engagement. As a staff liaison it is my responsibility not only to manage the NextGen program and keep the committee engaged, but to cultivate leadership and continued participation after their term on the committee. For events like the Earth Day Eco-Fair below I coordinated/organized event logistics, created/oversaw marketing collateral, captured photo/video and provided social media coverage.
